PLC Controller Machine
- The plc controller is expandable up to 64 Digital inputs / Digital 64 Outputs.
- The vertical and horizontal controller design is expandable up to 8 Analogue inputs / Digital 8 Analogue Outputs.
- The controllers can save 120 mold data, then exported it, and new data be stored.
- Power on/off on the keyboard
- The controller provides short circuit protection.
- Controller with eight PID (seven temperature control zones, one oil control zone) available with high/low alarm & if it detects the fault, then the sensor break the circuit.
- RS 232 – MODBUS Serial communication to upload production data and hence the stored information downloaded easily.
- The unit supports both heaters of J & K type of thermocouple sensors.
- The PLC controller is highly suitable for all tonnage injection moulding machines.
